Two decades and counting...

David Fauni has a degree in Real Estate and has been appraising in Southern California for over 20 years. He is state certified and current in all continuing education with the State of California including USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice). He covers mainly Los Angeles, Orange, and Ventura counties but has also performed many appraisals in Riverside and San Bernardino counties.

From Single Family Residences, Condominiums, Multi Family Residences (2-4 Units), to vacant land, Dave has built a reputation for providing quality appraisal reports in a timely manner with a high level of attention to detail. He also spent a few years at the Harris County Appraisal District in Houston, Texas where he reviewed district appraisal formal hearings, prepared his own valuations, and made recommendations to an arbitrator while representing the district for ad valorem tax disputes (binding arbitration).
